These are theWIPS.

This is my final render. I feel i need to say that i was at a big disadvantage as being home i did not have access to a computer that could really run the autodesk programs well and other programs like adobe photoshop would not install at all. I understand that these are my own problems but i feel that due to these electronic problems icould not produce what i had wanted and originally intended compared to what i couldve produce had i been given notice in june before ileftfor ireland thati needed to resit or been given time in september to resit when i would be back in england.

I still like my design ifeel i improved on it than shown in my sketches of a coloney ship.

This ship would be a fighter ship as the circle on the front would be its weapon and i designed it to be very mobile and aero dynamic as well as smalland compact for quick getaways. 


The second picture is of a colony ship with a biodome andlanding port for other ships to land and enter.

the final picture is another colony ship but i felt maybe adding bigger features such as more noticable engines would lookbetter

And side view. I feel that compared to the last character creatioin assignment I have improve and I feel I have managed to achieve the over all general shape of night crawler and his hands and feet which I felt were difficult came out better than I had expected.

Thursday 25th April Minotaur Topology and Box Modelling


I found the videos abit hard to follow myself, so i just tried my best to model my own way and sometimes refering to the video. Although this is not finished im still very proud of it because I normally could never get the hang of making curves and losing the box/robot type shape in a model so I'm glad of that.

Thursday 2nd Feb Character Creation (Final but need much more)


I feel hopeless at character model everytime I've retried and retried starting from scratch and I still get the same mistakes and box-look. I am definitely going to have to focus harder and work more on character modelling.

Wednesday 23rd Jan Alien Landscape/Plant Final Concept with Lighting



I chose this particular lighting because the landscape for this plant would be very tropical but shady as it would be a jungle scene and this lighting looks like there is shadows coming from other plants and light shining through leaves and such.

Above is the WIP images I decide to go with my eyeball plant as I thought it would be more interesting and less frustrating to model in Mudbox.
Below is the final image with Lighting I used red and black for the head/petals because it looked more authentic other colours looked silly somehow.

Wednesday 16th Jan Wrinkle WIPs and Final MudBox Concept





 
Here is my final concept of an eldery man.
 
 
I found the eyes extremely hard to model, but I am over all happy with my final outcome.
